Ok - just getting started with this due to demand!

Matter is getting better, especially with release 2 so I'm trying to build and test firmware for the Matter capable devices I have here, viz ESP32, EFR32MG12 and EFR32MG24.

I can only test on Apple, Amazon and Home Assistant for now. If I can't test, I'll note that in the ReadMe.

Any input on how I should define the projects would be most welcome. For now, I'll use the Matter definitions (eg Lighting-App, etc) and use a board name folder, eg EFR32MG24xx.
I'll also include details of subtle changes, eg IO.
