For Chrome, you need to install the TamperMonkey extension from the Chrome store.
Once installed
- Save the StravaSpeedPace.js to your computer
- Open the TamperMonkey control panel
- Click Utilities in the top right
- In the import section, navigate to your StravaSpeedPace.js file and import it
