Hello friends, there is a problem with different stem length of the virga or clivis note, depending on the position on the line or on the space in the staff.
Is it possible to correct it by increasing the stem length a little? Or is this difference normal and why?
Is it possible to make a correction like adding [ll:1] for notes on the bottom staff line? (ledger lines)
Maybe with new updates it will be possible?
Thank you

The difference is intentional. It forces the vigra stem to end in white space and not on (or extremely close to) a staff line.
I can't speak to the manuscript tradition that drove this decision, but @henryso and @eroux worked on this pretty extensively in #803. You might find some insights in their discussion about how things currently work (and why).
