Add rubrics text under empty staff

Hello,

I want to be able to add text under a blank section of staff. There are not any notes, then, to attach the text to. Such as, after the chant notation has finished and there is a double bar line at the end, then to write “Gloria Patri quarto tono.” as an instruction to proceed to the Gloria Patria although it is not notated there.

Is there a way to do this, or can somebody create one for me, please?

ˋ()` is a blank syllable to which you can attach text as if it were lyrics. You may wish to add a space or two as if you were separating the musical glyphs in a score, because the text can/will run into the previous phrase, particularly if it's long.

You would have to have (::) text() (::) however. And it's certainly an unconventional usage.
