I ask to print one of the files created by Gregorio and received a reply that signs of b-molle and natural are in rgb not in cmyk color model like a rest of signs. I added [cmyk] option to xcolor package and the problem was solved. But I think it should be mentioned in the documentation of Gregorio or to be changed in font greciliae.
