Clean-up leaving files behind

The new glog files are not removed by the clean-up mechanism.

It appears the *-preamble.tex are not removed for the gabc-output tests.

I don't think there is any clean-up going on in the scripted tests.

gabc and gtex files are not being cleaned up behind the tex-output tests.

There is no clean-up with the scripted tests as they don't have a defined behavior.

I don't think it's possible to clean up after the tex-output tests because there's no way to predict the names of the gabc files.

I added glog and preamble cleaning for gabc-output tests.

I have no solution yet for scripted and tex-output tests.
