chore: update default model to gpt-4-turbo
Update the default model to `gpt-4-turbo` (`gpt-4-turbo-2024-04-09`), which is newer than the present default `gpt-4-turbo-preview` (`gpt-4-0125-preview`). Signed-off-by: Nick Hale <[email protected]>
