Version 0.4.0 of the package comes with an updated version of the fit models for recruitment for all species. This may affect equilibrium and previous simulations.

Issue to complete with information from @jbarrere3

We spotted an error in the original calibration of the recruitment model: instead of using as response variable the number of recruits of a given species $s$ in the plot where it was present, the response variable was the number of recruits of all species in the plots where species $s$ was present. We re-fitted the recruitment model and updated the parameters in the package to correct this error.

New version of fits after new calibration from Julien disturbance
article.

New fits take colonization into account, with a fecundity divided
between within plot dispersal and external dispersal from regional
abundance.
