Fixes #472: Remove the use of System.Diagnostics.Debug.Assert
Direct use of `System.Diagnostics.Debug.Assert()` causes issue in production environment. Use Unity version of [Debug.Assert()](https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/Debug.Assert.html) instead.
