Improve FUSE support for different minor versions

Even though we do not support different major version of FUSE protocol, different minor version still potentially imply different data structures. To further improve the compatibility, we need to adjust the size of the structs used to communicate dynamically.

We target FUSE 7.23 as it's the version supported by kernel 4.4.
