Type expressions for tuples are missing in blocks

Blocks needs type-expression blocks for tuples. This shoud probably be a single block with a configuration panel where you can change the number of components. Then other type blocks would fit into the (dynamically created) connectors.

Looking into this, it looks like blocks intentionally doesn't include tuples of dimension greater than 2. So all that's needed is a block that has slots for the two component types.
