Cluade model does not support finish_reason in event

We need to use "finish_reason" to detect if the turn is over. It is good in gemini model, but Cluade model does not support finish_reason in event. see code,

hope to know why there is a TODO for Claude? Any challenges in implementing it? We really need this feature. thanks
