The SaveImageToFileWorker test cannot pass

Steps to reproduce?

1. download the project from github, open it use Android studio
2. open WorkerInstrumentationTest class
3. run cleanupWorker_doWork_resultSuccess test, pass succeed
4. run blurWorker_doWork_resultSuccessReturnsUri, pass succeed
5. run blurWorker_doWork_resultSuccessReturnsUri, pass failed
