6.1.1安装程序配置外部mysql的bug

使用6.1.1 添加集群-从主机开始安装，在高级配置里面配置了外部数据库mysql。 正常的预期应该是下一步初始化平台过程不应该再安装rbd-db了，实际情况是在下一步仍然会安装rbd-db，集群组件(9/10)，9个状态全部为running了。除了rbd-db之外，且rbd-db一直没有安装成功，且无法点击下一步导致集群无法初始化。经排查是因为前端传递参数出了问题，期待官方修复。具体代码如下：

临时解决 Tag：v6.1.2-dev

• 快速安装：修改 install-rainbond.sh 安装脚本的 Tag 为 v6.1.2-dev
• helm 安装：修改 values.yaml 的 installVersion 为 v6.1.2-dev
