Move Bitcoin SPV: Demo 2

Summary

After Demo 1, we should have a demo with relayer.
Firstly let's try to make sure that local bitcoin regtest --> local sui works. Once this is done, we need to setup a contract on Sui devnet and run relayer for 1h. Once this works we can go for a demo with the testnet:

1. deploy Bitcoin LC to the Sui testnet
2. connect relayer with a Bitcoin testnet
3. make sure light blocks are sent to Sui.
