Improve plugin install/configuration guide

The release versions should be more clear and an update of the documentation should be in place.

Their are 3 ways to install the plugin:

• from main plugin source in the IDE by searching for Go
• from the nightly / alpha release channels that the plugin has
• from source.

V1.0.0 is the upcoming release (no eta for it yet) of the plugin which is basically a stable release that includes many features that are still open and flagged as 1.0.0 in the github issues.

I agree it might be a bit confusing and I'll update this. Thank you for reporting this.
