Refactor: move to new package

This might already be implemented, but I could not find it.

I wanted to extract some part of my code to a new package, and couldn't find a function for it. Is this implemented?

Ended up having to search/replace all usages with new package defs.

Hi, as far as I know that functionality is not yet implemented. I've put it in the past 1.0 releases for now but this might change depending on how Sergey or Alexander see fit.
