在生成model文件多时候，如何增加或者修改指定的表，而不修改历史的表结构，这样能够避免其他同事修改了测试环境的表结构，带到生产环节的问题。
例如：项目有A、B、C三个表，需要增加D表，而其他同事在测试环境修改了A表，这样全量生成model，就可能把A表的修改上到生产环境了

想实现：单独增加d表，不影响A、B、C表的Model，特别是gen.go文件，该如何做？
