Setting path for tsconfig.json

I suggest to add possibility to set the path of tsconfig.json. It is easy to do, but it gives a lot of advantages - a lot of settings can be set now without programming them in maven project. See

-p FILE OR DIRECTORY, --project FILE OR DIRECTORY Compile the project given the path to its configuration file, or to a folder with a 'tsconfig.json'.
