Add a mode where we use input screenshots instead of notebook

We take screenshots of input cells, so in principle we could generate a report with just this and without requiring the input notebook. This could be handy when running remote notebooks. We'd miss the markdown cells (though if absolutely needed we could always screenshot those) but there might be use cases where reporting with just the input code cells would be sufficient.
