Improve workspace sharing user flow from the dashboard

Problem

We've recently implemented the first iteration of the new dashboard design with basic sharing and pinning functionalities which pre-existed in the first version of the dashboard. FWIW, sharing within the VS Code editor is also missing for the time being, see #2812.

While sharing and pinning work, the current UX is not as intuitive and could be imporved.

Proposal

One option would be to re-use the modal component to allow better sharing flow and more granular permissions if needed.
