Show All Instance IDs Attached to a Workspace in the Admin UI

Last week and this weekend I have been working on troubleshooting a workspace issue. This involved using the admin dashboard in Gitpod and the Logs Explorer in Google. While having the latest instance id was helpful having had all of them would have been more helpful as then I could have limited my search scope to specific instances of the workspace easily.

Describe the behaviour you'd like

I would like to see that we add some sort of functionality that shows all instance IDs of a workspace. Perhaps we show the latest instance ID by default with a toggle to show all IDs.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I ended up searching by the workspace id in the Logs Explorer which I believe pulled all of the instance IDs as well. I could be wrong though.
