Add a keyboard shortcut to open context menu in the Commit Graph view

I expected the shortcut for "Show Editor Context Menu" (a system command) would open the context menu in the Commit Graph view, which was not.

Please consider making the "Show Editor Context Menu" also work for the Commit Graph view or creating a dedicated command. It will greatly enhance the mouseless experience.
