I can not find documentation about how to customize Spec-Kit.

Some examples of things we might like to do:

1. Add steps and commands to existing flows
2. Adjust templates
3. Adjust commands

It is true that we can just edit the files in the repo. However, this might be overwritten when upgrading.

@mnriem so what is the difference between extensions and custom skills?

It's seems that the structure is different but from my pov I will preferred to use skill that is more protocol know oriented instead of specific custom extension related to speckit.

In my previous suggestion for feature I suggest to add some custom phases inside the existing workflow
