SDK loading wrong model when requesting model gpt-5.4

When setting model "gpt-5.4" which is available in the CLI, the ends up silently using the default CLI model (sonnet 4.6) instead.

Issues:

• SDK not using requested model
• SDK not logging a warning if this fails
