Curently Copilot CLI renders at a very low framerate and it feels very clunky
Proposed solution
I'm not quite sure what is causing the low FPS (manual cap or just slow code) but it would be nice to be able to run the TUI app at +120 FPS. It would improve the experience with the CLI tool a lot.
