Add --debug flag to display debug information #1125

Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve
Allow copilot to be started with debug logging in the CLI, and display useful information such as the complete tool calls with arguments and other things
Proposed solution
It would be great to have a --debug or --verbose (or similar) flag when starting copilot.
This would allow for full debug information display such as complete tool call logs.
