Here's why this is not a verifiable example:

$ npm i
npm WARN [email protected] No license field.

audited 207 packages in 1.189s
found 67 vulnerabilities (21 low, 17 moderate, 28 high, 1 critical)
  run `npm audit fix` to fix them, or `npm audit` for details

As you can see, it does not fail at all over here. FWIW here is a bit more information from my side (do take inspiration from this verbosity):
