Version 10.4.25 not appearing in Safari 17.6 extensions panel. This keeps happening and is a huge PITA. Please fix! Thanks!

It's likely to be a duplicate of #2203. The issue is related to a Safari bug, not our code. However, there is a quirk fix in the system, which in most cases works.

Feel free to re-open, if this is unrelated to the linked issue.
