Help Center - add pages on how to get logs / deal with a crash

Whenever there's a crash, we need logs. Frequent questions we get are

• How do I get logs
• What logs are useful (e.g. I don't see a specific thing in logs, is that still useful?)

Write a how-to page on getting journalctl logs, basic usage of journalctl
Also, page / section with getting a crash dump
