ServiceHooks in DE are missing Events for updated Sentry Apps #86732

Environment
SaaS (https://sentry.io/)
Steps to Reproduce
This PR fixed updating ServiceHooks, however we have some ServiceHooks (read: installations) that were never updated with the new events so they currently don't receive any webhooks.
Expected Result
Users that installed some Sentry App received the Sentry App's webhooks
Actual Result
- Lets make a script to update them. 🤷♀
