Flutter DevEx Improvements

Flutter is a platform which has been growing popularity, and we have noticed some opportunities for imrpovement. This issue will act a tracking issue for some on those improvements.

• Errors not appearing in trace
• remove sentry noise from stack frames
• code mapping is hard (auto-code mapping?)
• debug symbols upload (prio in docs and onboarding)
• stack locals in Flutter?
• stack frame de-minify pill in product (for reference Improvements for the Source Maps Modal #85053)
• integrate with flutter dev tools?
• flutter SDK provides no debug logs in chrome or local IDE consoles

• push for adoption of tracePropagation targets
