[Integrations] Give more detail when an integration resolves/unresolves an issue

Add more information to the Activity entry when an issue is resolved or unresolved via an integration:

• Specify which integration (done in feat(issues): Add integration details to resolve/unresolve #62655)

• Specify which user (written up as a separate issue in here: [Integrations] Add user to JIra status sync update activities #62690 - that's specific to Jira, but we should do it for other integrations, too)

• Specify which external ticket/issue/etc caused the state change (it can be confusing given merging, for example - see Jira ticket constantly reopened #62565 (comment))
