Option to specify environments within Issue Workflow notifications

Problem Statement

Currently, the way Sentry works is that members of a team that are assigned an Issue are automatically subscribed to it and will receive notifications based on it.

As a user, I would like to receive these notifications only from specific environments, currently this option is not supported.
