Inbound filters: greater flexibility in filtering out events from legacy browsers #51964

Problem Statement
Submitting on behalf of a Sentry user:
We have a certain set of supported browsers and it'd be nice to exactly line up with that so that we're just not looking at errors that don't exist
Right now, Sentry offers inbound filters / data filters to prevent events from legacy browsers being accepted.
However, there is not a lot of flexibility here. I'm aware that it's possible to write more complex filtering logic client-side, but it might be nice if you could select specific browser versions to filter out from the server-side as well.
Solution Brainstorm
Consider having the ability to input specific browser versions and filter on those, in inbound filters.
