How do I get the "release" being used by Sentry?

I'm working on a Blazor web app and I'd like to bake the app's version on the footer.

I tried getting the SentryOptions via DI and reading Release. But since I didn't set anything explicitly there, it returns null.

Is there a way to get the release that Sentry is going to use?
