Steps to Reproduce

Unfortunately, no exact steps to reproduce the issue.

After updating from 25.1.0 to 25.7.0 the /organizations/<orgslug>/traces reports "No spans found".

I was hoping you could at least roughly guide me to where I should look for an issue to fix that.

Expected Result

Expected to see the traces that are present and coming at thousands per minute in the /organizations/<orgslug>/insights/backend/

Actual Result

No traces are reported in the /organizations/<orgslug>/traces
