UD in CRUD

I need a shape to ensure that the landing page URL is associated with the subject triple of the data set data graph.

This is so I can support the UD in CRUD on a sites list (sitemap) of data sets [1].

Combined with the lastmod node in sitemap.xml (for UPDATE) or with the URL being removed for DELETE I can do the SPARQL needed to remove and replace (UPDATE) or just remove (DELETE).

Note: for some the ID is the landing page URL. Others are using other IDs like DOI, PID or a de-referenced URI/URL.

So the shape needed is to look for?

<ID>  schema.org:url "type URL"
or 
something else?????

[1] to know they are data set URLs I have to inspect for type data set or have some convention set up with the group.
