However, the API keys currently generated from my OpenAI account have the prefix sk-proj-, which the add-on does not recognize, resulting in functionality issues. I have attempted to generate a user-level API key (prefixed with sk- without -proj-), as suggested in various support forums, but have been unable to do so through the standard key generation process on the OpenAI platform. Could you please provide guidance on how to obtain a compatible API key for use with BlenderGPT? You have to follow the steps. I also ask chatGPT. One step at the time.
Tell the chat that you want to proof each step. I also paid the $20 to
blendGPT, is good. Also some tokens.

Go to chat gpt and ask for the steps, but remember to tell that you want to give proof of completion of the step. Then procees to the next one. Research "blendGPT". That is the one I am using now.
