Determine if quiz functionality works with antora or if we need to find a different solution.

The [question, mc] multichoice question is now implemented — it was much more work than I anticipated. Do you need the other question types soon? i.e. gap.

It looks like I use the gap questions type in the foundations review of the data mobilization course, but I have not begun to convert the course yet. So the gap type can wait into 2024. Thank you!
