Added Cluster and Local institution filter - redeploy

Because the Jenkins setup doesn't allow for redployments, we have to do a release with no code changes

In this release,

• this issue was fixed: #76
• some files were moved around to facilitate translation
• there is now a country-specific search bar on the home page: #72
• the "clusters" view was enable. This means that users can now see the occurrence records that were identified as related to each other as graphs. See the "related" tab on the specimen searches (next to the "map" tab).

Correct a few typos

Correct some typos and links which I forgot to check before

GRSciColl content pages are updated

• Our communication's team reviewed our content pages (the text has been changed a bit)
• The GRSciColl road-map was added to the website (it was previously only in GitHub)
• Some FAQs were added

Updated text and filter

• Some text and links were updated on the about and FAQ pages
• The inactive institutions can now be found in the institution search interface
