Update UAT config to use new library

Updating everyones UAT environment to a new set of components

We are in the process of aligning gbif.org and hosted portals.
To test how that code works with hosted portals I will enable use of the new component library in everyones UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environment. That means that you will see commits to your _config_uat.yml file. And if you do not have one, then I will create it.

Your staging and prod environments will remain the same.

The visual changes are few and small. But it matters a lot going forward for us that work on the code base.

Please help us check that we haven't broken anything on your site

The goal of this code migration is not to add new features or even fix existing bugs. It is to replicate what we have in the same or similar way. So that should tell you about the level of feedback we are looking for in this round.

Changes

As said, the goal is just a technical migration to a new code base. But there are a few smaller changes. For example:

• Phylogenies on occurrences and datasets that have such data
• Video player on occurrences which was never added on the existing HPs
• Facets on filters (see image below)
• Map on publisher search
