I see a hardcoded variable OBISKey and taiwanNodeidentifier
Keys like those to env file as they might not be the same across environments

@danielvdm2000 it isn't clear to me what entities those ids refer to. Could you please rename them to something that is more clear what entity type it is? publisher/network/dataset/node?
