The process of updating your Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A) Event dataset with the Humboldt extension will likely involve moving some information from the existing DwC-A metadata to the event table; referring to existing documentation, publications, or associated weblinks related to the dataset; and, when possible, conference with the original data collectors or individuals involved in the design and oversight of the project resulting in the dataset.
