OBIS GBIF Norway

GBIF Norway is now registered as an OBIS node (ADU).

Andreas, Katrine, and Dag are so far registered as contact points in the OceanExpert system.

Our OBIS GBIF Norway is now also a member of the OBIS node coordination group.

We will now need to make a mapping of Norwegian datasets already in OBIS (see list) to avoid duplicates and inform EurOBIS that we will receive these directly from OBIS/GBIF Norway.

Hi Dag, A quick scan gives the impression that most datasets are unique and only published to OBIS. I can do the mapping. Do we have a similar spreadsheet for Norwegian datasets on GBIF?

I think that this dataset from DNV is a typical example of the type of duplicate Ward was asking us to "map"...
