以下のようなアクセスユースケースが存在した場合に、NULL許容に定義変更することがアンチパターンかも知れない点を追記

一時保存（仮登録）であるため、全項目を入力させることができない。そのためNULL許容にする
一時保存（仮登録）は別テーブルに保存することで回避可能（この考え方も一般的）
