【PostgreSQL設計ガイドライン】pg-schema-diff について追加説明 #42

pg-schema-diffの制約について触れていないため、メリット/デメリットの両方を示す方が中立的。

※2024年時点

権限、view、comment onなど未対応オブジェクトが存在
オブジェクト名での突合をするためリネームに追随できないなど（調査ですぐ分かる）

上記のような制約があるため、pg-schema-diff planで内容確認すべきというフローになる旨の追加
