Option to provide peer tube with activity.

Please add an option to provide the peer to plugin activity. Here is an example where the like count is significantly more than the view count. https://peertube.futo.org/videos/watch/21580d13-db1b-433d-9d88-9b7bc05d7dec I feel having this as an option would allow the peer tube plugin or plugins to get a better recommendations for each instance. I'm not sure if this is related to #73
