Patreon Supported Links Don't Open www.patreon.com

What happened?

I noticed that when attempting to open Patreon links that it would always only open in the Patreon app. I disabled it on Patreon then enabled it on Grayjay and it would then open in my browser instead. I realized that the format for Patreon is www.patreon.com vs on grayjay its only Patreon.com.
