Use Cases

Hello!
I am simply asking for a way or means to disable YouTube Shorts on my phone while searching YouTube videos, or to hide them when searching up channels.
Part of why I left YouTube was because of the shorts (and reel-style videos) and I'd like the option to hide videos of such type. Alternately if there is one, just making it easier to find would also be great. Thank you so much for your help and keep up the good work!

Proposal

I'd like to propose having it somewhere in the settings, preferably under Search or Subscriptions. Thank you!
